Commercial Information Circular No. 402/2012

Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Catechol from the United States and Japan

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 20/2012 on 21 May 2012, announcing the ruling of the final review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of catechol from the United States and Japan. The relevant tariff code is 2907 2910.

DETAILS

2.According to the ruling of the final review, with effect from 22 May 2012, the anti-dumping measures against imports of catechol from the United States and Japan would be continued for 5 years in accordance with the Notice Nos. 32/2006 and 52/2009 issued by the MOC. 3.For details of the final ruling of the subject anti-dumping case, please refer to CIC No. 197/2006 dated 22 May 2006.
