The Mainland of China : "Administrative Provisions on Registration of Importers and Exporters for Food Imports" and "Administrative Provisions on Recording of Food Imports and Sales"

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued the "Administrative Provisions on Registration of Importers and Exporters for Food Imports" and "Administrative Provisions on Recording of Food Imports and Sales", which will take effect from 1 October 2012. For details, please refer to a copy of the regulations (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2.For details of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Food Safety" and its implementation regulations, please refer to CIC No. 111/2009 dated 3 March 2009 and CIC No. 380/2009 dated 27 July 2009.
