The Mainland of China : "Law on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases of the People's Republic of China"

The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress passed on 31 December 2011 the decision to revise the "Law on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases of the People's Republic of China" (the Law), which came into effect on the same day. A copy of the Law is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
