The Mainland of China : "Guiding Opinions on Comprehensive Utilisation of Resources under the 12th Five-year Plan" and "Implementation Plan for Comprehensive Utilisation of Bulk Solid Waste"

The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has recently issued a notice to promulgate the "Guiding Opinions on Comprehensive Utilisation of Resources under the 12th Five-year Plan" and the "Implementation Plan for Comprehensive Utilisation of Bulk Solid Waste".
