The Mainland of China : Catalogues of Valid Provisions and Regulatory Documents of the Ministry of Commerce

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) promulgated a notice on 25 April 2012 to announce the catalogues of valid provisions and regulatory documents, which include 185 provisions and 605 regulatory documents respectively. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format), and the annexes can be downloaded from the website of MOC at:
