The Mainland of China : "Supplementary Provisions (V) to the Measures for the Administration of Foreign Investment in Commercial Fields"

According to the provisions of the "Supplement VIII to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement" signed between Hong Kong and the Mainland on 13 December 2011, the Ministry of Commerce promulgated on 10 April 2012 the "Supplementary Provisions (V) to the Measures for the Administration of Foreign Investment in Commercial Fields" ("Supplementary Provisions"), which took effect from the date of promulgation. A copy of the "Supplementary Provisions" is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
