The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Amendments to the Rules of Origin under Supplement VIII to Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA)

The General Administration of Customs issued a notice concerning amendments to the rules of origin under Supplement VIII to CEPA. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2.For details of the requirements for including the value of raw materials and component parts of Mainland origin in the "value-added content" origin rule under CEPA, please refer to CIC No. 218/2012 dated 19 March 2012.
