The General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the General Office of the Ministry of Education, the Executive Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the General Office of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the General Administration Office of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the General Office of the National Natural Science Foundation of China have promulgated on 27 March 2012 the "Opinions on the Development and Construction of the Next Generation Internet during the 12th Five-year Plan Period", a copy of which is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
