The Dongguan Municipal People's Government has recently issued a notice to promulgate the "Operational Rules of the Loan Support Scheme for Industrial Enterprises of Dongguan" and the "Operational Rules of the Regional Prime Direct Debt Financing Support Scheme of Dongguan". A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
