The Mainland of China : "Provisions on the Democratic Management in Enterprises"

The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration of the State Council, the Ministry of Supervision, All-China Federation of Trade Unions and All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce promulgated on 13 February 2012 the "Provisions on the Democratic Management in Enterprises", which took effect on the date of promulgation. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
