The Mainland of China : Final Ruling on Anti-dumping Investigation Against Imports of Photographic Paper and Paper Board from the European Union, the United States and Japan
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 10/2012 on 22 March 2012, announcing the final ruling on anti-dumping investigation against imports of photographic paper and paper board from the European Union, the United States and Japan. The relevant tariff codes are 3703 1010, 3703 2010 and 3703 9010.
DETAILS
2.The final ruling confirmed the existence of dumping regarding imports of photographic paper and paper board from the European Union, the United States and Japan, and that such dumping had caused material injury to the domestic industry. As a result, the Mainland had decided to impose anti-dumping duties which range from 16.2% to 28.8% on imports of photographic paper and paper board from the European Union, the United States and Japan. The anti-dumping measure would be in place for 5 years from 23 March 2012. For details, please make reference to the notice issued by the MOC at:
