The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning "Naming Requirements for Health Food" and "Naming Guide for Health Food"

The State Food and Drug Administration issued a notice concerning the "Naming Requirements for Health Food" and the "Naming Guide for Health Food", which took effect on 15 March 2012. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2.For details of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Food Safety" and its implementation regulations, please refer to CIC No. 111/2009 dated 3 March 2009 and CIC No. 380/2009 dated 27 July 2009. For details of the "Administrative Measures on the Registration of Health Food (Trial)", please refer to CIC No. 206/2005 dated 14 June 2005.
