The Mainland of China : Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Dispersion Unshifted Single-Mode Optical Fiber from the Republic of Korea

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 8/2012 on 5 March 2012, announcing the initiation of the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fiber from the Republic of Korea. The relevant tariff code is 9001 1000. For details, please make reference to MOC's notice at:

DETAILS

2. The investigation period of this mid-term review is 1 January 2011 - 31 December 2011, and the scope of investigation is the rate of anti-dumping duty of the imports of dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fiber from LS Cable & System Ltd and OPTOMAGIC CO., LTD of the Republic of Korea. Interested parties may submit written comments, with relevant information to the MOC within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 5 March 2012).
