The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures on Energy Conservation of Key Energy Consuming Enterprises in Dongguan"

The Dongguan Municipal People's Government issued a notice on 22 February 2012 to promulgate the "Administrative Measures on Energy Conservation of Key Energy Consuming Enterprises in Dongguan", which takes effect from 1 March 2012 to 28 February 2017. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
