The General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission, the General Office of the Ministry of Finance, the General Office of the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration Department of the People's Bank of China, the General Office of the General Administration of Customs, the General Office of the State Administration of Taxation, the General Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the General Office of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine have recently issued a Notice on Tasks Related the Promotion of Healthy and Rapid Development of Electronic Commerce, a copy of which is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
