The Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Guangdong Province has recently issued a notice to promulgate the "Regulations on Promoting Innovation of the Guangdong Province", which will take effect from 1 March 2012. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
