The State Council issued the "Plan for National Drug Safety under the 12th Five-year Plan". For details, please refer to a copy of the plan (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2.For details of the "Administrative Measures on Registration of Pharmaceutical Products", please refer to CIC No. 273/2007 dated 12 July 2007. For details of the "Administrative Measures Concerning the Quality of Drugs Production (2010 revision)", please refer to CIC No. 155/2011 dated 9 March 2011.
