Commercial Information Circular No. 1104/2012

The Mainland of China : "Notice on Seeking Recommendation on the Environmental Protection Equipment (Products) Currently Encouraged by the State to Develop"

The National Development and Reform Commission has recently issued a notice seeking recommendation on the environmental protection equipment (products) currently encouraged by the State to develop. The recommendation covers 7 areas, including equipments on water pollution and air pollution control, etc. Recommendation to retain the products in the Catalogue on the Environmental Protection Equipment (Products) Currently Encouraged by the State to Develop (2010 version) could also be made. Recommending parties should complete the recommendation form on the Internet (http://www.crtec.org.cn) and submit the required paper documents before 15 January 2013. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
