The Mainland of China : Specification for Tracking Evaluation of National Food Safety Standards (Trial)

The Ministry of Health issued the specification for tracking evaluation of national food safety standards (trial), which took effect on 19 December 2012. For details, please refer to a copy of the document (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2.For details of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Food Safety" and its implementation regulations, please refer to CIC No. 111/2009 dated 3 March 2009 and CIC No. 380/2009 dated 27 July 2009. For details of the "Administrative Measures on National Standards for Food Safety", please refer to CIC No. 521/2010 dated 15 November 2010
