The Mainland of China : "Interim Measures on Implementing the Pilot Task on Foreign Investment in Equity Investment Enterprises of Shenzhen"
The Development of the Shenzhen Municipal Government Financial Services Office, the Economy, Trade and Information Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, the Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality and the Authority of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hongkong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone of Shenzhen issued a notice on 26 November 2012 to promulgate the "Interim Measures on Implementing the Pilot Task on Foreign Investment in Equity Investment Enterprises of Shenzhen", which took effect from the date of promulgation. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
