The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Risk Warning and Quick Response for Import and Export of Industrial Products

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued the administrative measures on risk warning and quick response for import and export of industrial products, which will take effect on 15 January 2013. For details, please refer to a copy of the document (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.

2.For details of the "Law on Import and Export Commodity Inspection" and its implementation regulations, please refer to CIC No. 133/02 dated 18 July 2002 and CIC No. 375/2005 dated 16 September 2005.
