The Mainland of China : Decision on Amending the "Measures for the Administration of Associations Formed by Law Firms of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region and Mainland Law Firms"

In accordance with the Supplement IX to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, the Ministry of Justice announced on 21 November 2012 the decision on amending the "Measures for the Administration of Associations Formed by Law Firms of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region and Mainland Law Firms", which will take effect from 1 January 2013. The details are attached as Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
