The Mainland of China : Notice on Issues Concerning the Setting up of Medical Institutions in the Mainland by Hong Kong and Macao Service Suppliers

In accordance with the Supplement IX to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Commerce have recently issued a Notice on Issues Concerning the Setting up of Medical Institutions in the Mainland by Hong Kong and Macao Service Suppliers, which will take effect from 1 January 2013. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
