The Mainland of China : "12th Five-year Plan on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution in Key Areas"

TThe Ministry of Environmental Protection, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance have recently issued a notice to promulgate the "12th Five-year Plan on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution in Key Areas" (the Plan). A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) , and the Plan can be downloaded from the website of the Central People's Government at : http://www.gov.cn/zwgk/2012-12/05/content_2283152.htm (Chinese version only).
