The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures on the Registration of the Names of Enterprises (2012 Revision)"

The "Administrative Measures on the Registration of the Names of Enterprises (2012 Revision)" (the Measures), as revised in accordance with the "Decision of the State Council on the Amendment and Abolishment of Certain Administrative Regulations" which will take effect on 1 January 2013, has recently been promulgated in the website of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format)for reference.
