The Mainland of China : Regulation of Risk Monitoring and Management on Food Safety (Interim)

The Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State Administration for Industry & Commerce, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and the State Food and Drug Administration jointly issued the "Regulation of Risk Monitoring and Management on Food Safety (Interim)". A copy of the notice (available in Chinese only), which took effect on 25 January 2010, is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
