Commercial Information Circular No.73/2010

The Mainland of China : Extension of Anti-dumping Investigation against Imports of Terephthalic Acid from the Republic of Korea and Thailand

The Ministry of Commerce initiated an anti-dumping investigation against imports of terephthalic acid from the Republic of Korea and Thailand. The relevant tariff codes are 2917 3611 and 2917 3619. Details of the case were set out in CIC No. 95/2009 dated 19 February 2009.

  2. The Ministry of Commerce announced in its Notice No. 3/2010 dated 2 February 2010 the decision to extend the investigation period for the case by 6 months to 12 August 2010.
