The Mainland of China : Decision on the Amendment of "Implementation Rules on the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China" by the State Council

The State Council has recently announced the "Decision on the Amendment of 'Implementation Rules on the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China' by the State Council" ("Decision"), which took effect on 1 February 2010. A copy of the "Decision" is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
