The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Supervision of the Principal Responsibility for Quality and Safety of Food Production and Processing Enterprises 

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued a notice concerning the supervision of the principal responsibility for quality and safety of food production and processing enterprises. A copy of the notice (available in Chinese only), which will take effect on 1 March 2010, is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
