The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Pre-tax Deduction of Labour Unions Expenses Relating to Corporate Income Tax

The State Administration of Taxation has recently issued a notice concerning pre-tax deduction of labour unions expenses relating to corporate income tax, which took effect on 1 July 2010. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).
