Commercial Information Circular No. 529/2010

The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Monoethanolamine and Diethanolamine from Japan, the United States, Malaysia and the Taiwan Province

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 75/2010 on 13 November 2010, announcing the ruling of the final review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of monoethanolamine and diethanolamine from Japan, the United States, Malaysia and the Taiwan Province. The relevant tariff codes are 2922 1110, 2922 1190 and 2922 1200.

According to the ruling of the final review, with effect from 14 November 2010, the anti-dumping measures against imports of monoethanolamine and diethanolamine from Japan, the United States, Malaysia and the Taiwan Province would be continued for 5 years in accordance with the Notice No. 57/2004 and Notice No. 3/2008 issued by MOC.
