The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 51/2010 on 26 September 2010, announcing the final ruling on anti-dumping investigation against imports of broiler products or chicken products from the United States. The relevant tariff codes are 0207 1100, 0207 1200, 0207 1311, 0207 1319, 0207 1321, 0207 1329, 0207 1411, 0207 1419, 0207 1421, 0207 1422, 0207 1429 and 0504 0021.

DETAILS

  1. The final ruling confirmed the existence of dumping regarding imports of broiler products or chicken products from the United States, and that such dumping had caused material injury to the domestic industry. As a result, the Mainland had decided to impose anti-dumping duties which range from 50.3% to 105.4% on imports of broiler products or chicken products from the United States. The anti-dumping measure would be in place for 5 years from 27 September 2010. For details, please make reference to the notice issued by the MOC at: http://www.mofcom.gov.cn/aarticle/b/c/201009/20100907158115.html?769984494=823392802 (Chinese version only).
