The Mainland of China : Final Ruling on Anti-dumping Investigation Against Imports of Nucleotide Food Additive from Indonesia and Thailand

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 56/2010 on 21 September 2010, announcing the final ruling on anti-dumping investigation against imports of nucleotide food additive from Indonesia and Thailand. The relevant tariff codes are 2934 9990 and 3824 9099.

DETAILS

2. The final ruling confirmed the existence of dumping regarding imports of nucleotide food additive from Indonesia and Thailand, and that such dumping had caused material injury to the domestic industry. As a result, the Mainland had decided to impose anti-dumping duties which range from 4.8% to 29.7% on imports of nucleotide food additive from the above regions. The anti-dumping measure would be in place for 5 years from 24 September 2010.
