The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Taxation Issues on Lessee's Sales of Assets in Financing Sale-and-Leaseback Business

The State Administration of Taxation has recently issued a notice concerning taxation issues on lessee's sales of assets in financing sale-and-leaseback business.
