The Mainland of China : Ruling on the Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Acetone from the Republic of Korea

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 54/2010 on 9 September 2010, announcing the ruling on the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of acetone from the Republic of Korea. The relevant tariff code is 2914 1100.

DETAILS

  1. According to the ruling, the rate of anti-dumping duties on imports of acetone from Kumho P&B Chemicals, Inc. in the Republic of Korea would be adjusted to 4.3% with effect from 10 September 2010.
