Commercial Information Circular No. 399/2010

The Mainland of China : Ruling on the Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Chloroprene Rubber from Japan

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 49/2010 on 24 August 2010, announcing the ruling on the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of chloroprene rubber from Japan. The relevant tariff codes are 4002 4910 and 4002 4990.

DETAILS

  1. According to the ruling, the rate of anti-dumping duties on imports of chloroprene rubber from Japan would be adjusted to 9.9%-43.9% with effect from 28 August 2010.
