Commercial Information Circular No. 382/2010

The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Taxation Policy on Imports Related to Important Science and Technology Projects

The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Science and Technology, National Development and Reform Commission, General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Taxation jointly announced the notice concerning the taxation policy on imports related to important science and technology projects. The notice took effect on 15 July 2010. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).
