The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Implementation Guidelines on Compulsory Certification of Information Technology Equipment and Audio and Video Equipment

The Certification and Accreditation Administration promulgated on 19 July 2010 the "Notice Concerning Implementation Guidelines on Compulsory Certification of Information Technology Equipment and Audio and Video Equipment" (the Implementation Guidelines), which will take effect from 1 December 2010. A copy of the Implementation Guidelines (available in Chinese only) is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
