The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measure against Imports of Trichloroethylene from Russia and Japan

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 45/2010 on 21 July 2010, announcing the initiation of review of anti-dumping measures against imports of trichloroethylene from Russia and Japan. The relevant tariff code is 29032200.
 

DETAILS

  1. For anti-dumping investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports to participate in the defence of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 21 July 2010). In the application, interested parties should submit information about the quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland and other markets during 1 April 2009 - 31 March 2010. For industry injury investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Industry Injury Investigation to participate in the investigation within 20 days from the date of the announcement. In the application, interested parties should submit information about their manufacturing capacity, production volume, inventory level and details of any expansion plans during 1 January 2006 - 31 March 2010.
