Commercial Information Circular No. 229/2010

The Mainland of China : Measures to Facilitate Foreign-invested Processing Trade Enterprises of Guangdong Province with Export Products Entering the Domestic Market

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine agreed to implement measures to facilitate foreign-invested processing trade enterprises of Guangdong Province with export products entering the domestic market. The measures include opening up a green lane to shorten licences issuing time, avoiding repeated inspections and procedures to facilitate the "China Compulsory Certification" (CCC) applications, etc. The measures will take effect up to 31 December 2010. A copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
