The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Business Tax Exemption for International Transportation Services 

The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation have recently announced to exempt business tax for service providers of international transportation services, which took effect on 1 January 2010. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
