The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Chloroprene Rubber from Japan, the United States and the European Union

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 25/2010 on 9 May 2010, announcing the initiation of review of anti-dumping measures against imports of chloroprene rubber from Japan, the United States and the European Union. The relevant tariff codes are 4002 4910 and 4002 4990. 

DETAILS

2. For anti-dumping investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports to participate in the defence of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 9 May 2010). In the application, interested parties should submit information about the quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland and other markets during 1 January 2009 - 31 December 2009. For industry injury investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Industry Injury Investigation to participate in the investigation within 20 days from the date of the announcement. In the application, interested parties should submit information about their manufacturing capacity, production volume, inventory level and details of any expansion plans during 1 January 2005 - 31 December 2009.
