The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Supplement to the Value-added Tax Policy for Comprehensive Utilization of Resources and Other Products

The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation have recently announced a supplement to the "Value-added Tax Policy for Comprehensive Utilization of Resources and Other Products", which took retrospective effect on 1 July 2008.
