The relevant tariff codes are 0207 1100, 0207 1200, 0207 1311, 02071319, 0207 1321, 0207 1329, 0207 1411, 0207 1419, 0207 1421, 0207 1422, 0207 1429 and 0504 0021.

DETAILS

  1.
  2. The preliminary finding reveals that subsidy existed regarding the investigated products originated in the United States with countervailing duty rate ranged from 3.8% to 31.4%. It is found that such subsidy had caused material injury to the domestic industry and that causal link existed. With effect from 30 April 2010, importers have to provide deposit according to the countervailing duty rate as guarantee to the General Administration of Customs for importation of the products concerned.

  3. Interested parties may submit written representation and supporting evidence to the MOC within 20 days from the date of announcement (i.e. 28 April 2010) for their consideration. For details, please make reference to MOC notice at: http://www.mofcom.gov.cn/aarticle/b/c/201004/20100406888683.html (Chinese version only).
