The Mainland of China : Implementation of Opinions on Further Promoting the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises by the State Council  

The People's Government of Guangdong Province has recently issued the "Implementaion of Opinions on Further Promoting the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises by the State Council". A copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) is attached at  Annex (pdf format) for reference.
