The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Receipt of Writing-off of the Export Proceeds in Foreign Exchange by Late Submission of Export Enterprises 

The State Administration of Taxation has recently issued a notice on the handling of export tax rebate (exemption) for export enterprises with late submission of receipt of writing-off of the export proceeds in foreign exchange. A copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
