Commercial Information Circular No. 127/2010

The Mainland of China : Extension of Anti-dumping Investigation against Imports of Nucleotide Food Additive from Indonesia and Thailand

The Ministry of Commerce initiated an anti-dumping investigation against imports of nucleotide food additive from Indonesia and Thailand on 24 March 2009. The relevant tariff codes are 2934 9990 and 3824 9099. Details of the case were set out in CIC No. 167/2009 dated 31 March 2009.

  1. The Ministry of Commerce announced in its Notice No. 13/2010 dated 18 March 2010 the decision to extend the investigation period for the case by 6 months to 24 September 2010.
