The Mainland of China : Measures for the Implementation of the "Law on Employment Promotion of the People's Republic of China" by Guangdong

The Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangdong Province has recently promulgated the Measures for the Implementation of the "Law on Employment Promotion of the People's Republic of China" by Guangdong, which took effect on 1 January 2010. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
