The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Phenol from Japan, the Republic of Korea, the United States and the Taiwan Province
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 3/2009 on 31 January 2009, announcing the initiation of review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of Phenol from Japan, the Republic of Korea, the United States and the Taiwan Province. The relevant tariff code is 2907 1110.
DETAILS
- For anti-dumping investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports to participate in the defence of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 31 January 2009). In the application, interested parties should submit information about the quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland and other markets during 1 January 2008 - 31 December 2008. For industry injury investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Industry Injury Investigation to participate in the investigation within 20 days from the date of the announcement. In the application, interested parties should submit information about their manufacturing capacity, production volume, inventory level and details of any expansion plans during 1 January 2004 - 31 December 2008.
