The Mainland of China : Extension of Anti-dumping Investigation against Imports of
Certain Iron or Steel Fasteners from the European Union
The Ministry of Commerce initiated an anti-dumping investigation against imports of certain iron or steel fasteners from the European Union. The relevant tariff codes are 7318 1200, 7318 1400, 7318 1500, 7318 2100 and 7318 2200. Details of the case were set out in CIC No. 17/2009 dated 7 January 2009.

The Ministry of Commerce announced in its Notice No. 113/2009 dated 29 December 2009 the decision to extend the investigation period for the case by 6 months to 29 June 2010. For details, please make reference to the notice issued by MOC at:
